On Tuesday, June 10th, 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting an exceptional conference dedicated to Morocco.
This event aimed to strengthen our collaboration with Morocco Sotheby’s International Realty, highlighting the country’s economic, real estate, and cultural opportunities.
Organised in partnership with Macan Group, the conference opened with an introduction by Philippe Gillion, Executive Chairman of the group.
He presented Morocco as a strategic investment opportunity.
As a strategic investment opportunity. Among the speakers, we had the pleasure of hearing Alban Labarsouque, in charge of development for Macan Africa, as well as Nicolas Béguin, Office Director at Morocco Sotheby’s International Realty. Both shared their expertise on the dynamics of the Moroccan real estate market, ongoing projects, and long-term prospects for international investors. We were deeply honoured to welcome Mr. Mohammed Ameur, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Belgium, whose presence added a special highlight to this event.
To transport the conference participants, we had the honour of welcoming two exceptional Moroccan artists.
The artist Harwan Red, known for his unique approach and ability to capture the essence of humanity, presented his exhibition “Mysteries and Appearances”, a poetic reflection on Morocco’s cultural richness.
Alongside him, Moroccan photographer Samira Ahammad shared her world, blending sensitive perspectives and visual testimonies of her heritage.
This artistic immersion beautifully complemented the discussions about Morocco and its opportunities.
We warmly thank all the participants of this event for their presence and interest. Our sincerest thanks also go to the teams from Morocco Sotheby’s International Realty and Macan Africa, whose visit to Brussels was a true honor, and who passionately shared their expertise on the Moroccan market, culture, and lifestyle.
