Located on Place Saint-Aubain, on the outskirts of Namur’s historic and commercial district, this magnificent mansion is currently used as offices and has been added to the list of listed buildings.

Formerly linked to the Provincial Palace of Namur, the building is built around a large paved courtyard. On one side is the former concierge’s lodge, now divided into several offices. On the other side, the mansion has a separate entrance.
The ground floor comprises a grand entrance hall, several meeting rooms that have retained their historic splendour, toilets and a kitchen.
The first floor consists of various offices and also has bathrooms.
Finally, the attic, which has been entirely converted into offices, covers the entire surface area of the main building.

Other features: oil-fired heating, non-compliant electricity, large cellars.

Place Saint-Aubain is the institutional and historical heart of Namur. It is home to the cathedral, a remarkable classical-style building, as well as several official buildings. Spacious and elegant, it is a central place for passing through, meeting and events.
