Castle of Ostemerée

Château d’Ostemerée was built on a 20-hectare estate in early 1900. The castle comprises a park, laid out partly in the French and partly in the English style and enjoying an overwhelming view on a luxurious valley, ponds and woods.

Built with local natural stone, the castle offers ± 2300 m² of living area. On the ground floor, a vast entrance hall opens into two sumptuous salons and a spacious dining room. Further, the large live-in kitchen has been provided with a separate entrance. A majestuous staircase leads up to the first floor, which comprises two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as several other bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The second floor, with its separate entry, hosts two apartments comprising each lounge, kitchen and several bedrooms. The whole in a peaceful setting, sheltering a unique flora and fauna.

Others: lift; garage, heating room, technical and storage cellars in the souterrain; central oil heating system; tennis court; possibility to acquire extra plots of land.

Anthée is a village of the small rural municipality of Onhaye, ideally located close to main road axes to Brussels, Namur and Liège.
