In the centre of Brussels, close to the Flemish theatre and the Place Sainte-Catherine, The Cosmopolitan project offers 156 housing units spread over 15 floors. Conceived and designed by the architectural firm Bogdan & Van Broeck, this contemporary building, which surprises with its opaline whiteness and offers an unobstructed view of the European capital from its summit, is already an emblematic building in the urban landscape of Brussels.

The Cosmopolitan offers a range of compact and well-kept apartments, from studios to penthouses. Each unit has its own private terrace, providing a real extra living space that invites you to spend some time outdoors.

From an architectural point of view, the linearity of the existing volume and the porosity of the site have been reinforced by the creation of a double-height V-shaped column running along the ground floor and defining a sheltered pedestrian circulation leading to the main entrance of the building. The complete renovation of the building also allows the project to be energy efficient due to the presence of double glazing, condensing boilers, significant insulation and much more.
