Some places need no introduction. The Royal Zoute Golf Club, nestled between dunes and architecture of rare character, a stone's throw from the North Sea, is one of them. It was within this setting that Belgium Sotheby's International Realty chose to inscribe, on May 30th, a day conceived as an itinerary of discoveries, fluid, singular, and deeply rooted in what Belgium holds most refined.

The tournament, a guiding thread

From the morning onward, the green welcomed participants in an atmosphere at once focused and convivial. Three of our agents represented Belgium Sotheby’s International Realty on the course, three players whose presence embodied the spirit of the day: commitment, elegance, and the quiet pleasure of doing things well. The prize-giving ceremony in the late afternoon provided its natural conclusion, extended over a tasting of Imperial Heritage Caviar that gave the moment its full savour.

The road map: eight houses, as many worlds

From noon to 6pm, a carefully composed itinerary invited participants, press, and influencers to experience Knokke-le-Zoute differently, aboard Range Rovers in Belgium Sotheby’s International Realty livery, whose assured comfort was a reminder that the journey itself is part of the experience.

At Delvaux, an artisan welcomed visitors to reveal, with his own hands, what the word savoir-faire concretely means. At Obumex, the showroom was discovered over a glass of champagne curated by Avinum, in an atmosphere where the precision of materials speaks for itself. Chocolatier M offered an introduction to its philosophy of Belgian chocolate, right up to the pralines bearing the Sotheby’s logo, a detail that sits at the boundary between the edible and the collectable.

Maison De Greef presented rare horological pieces, in a house founded in 1848 where Monsieur and Madame Wittmann personally welcomed each visitor, an attentiveness that speaks volumes about how certain houses conceive of hospitality. Daniel Ost offered a window onto a world where nature becomes language. At Natan, fashion and culture coexisted: Taschen Collector Books displayed throughout the boutique entered into dialogue with the house’s creations, in a space where beauty takes many forms without ever contradicting itself

What this day says about us

Belgium Sotheby’s International Realty is not only present where exceptional properties are found. It is present where an art of living is defined, in the choices of those who know what they seek, in the houses that have decided never to compromise on what matters most.

Royal Zoute, on May 30th, was one of those moments where all of this took shape.
