The estate consists of (i) a castle and its outbuildings (formerly a vegetable garden, paths, orchards, etc.) housing golf facilities and administrative offices, (ii) a forest (part of the “Floordambos”), (iii) a fairway giving access to the golf course, and (iv) a property adjacent to this fairway, consisting of a golf driving range and agricultural land. Part of the plots, covering an area of about 27ha 63a, is used by the Brabantse Golf VZW on leasehold.
