A historic farmhouse situated on the site of the Battle of Waterloo, on the western side of the N5 road linking Brussels to Charleroi. This property formed the centre of Wellington’s defensive line during the Battle of Waterloo in 1815.

The 17th-century farmhouse comprises a main living area of approximately 440 m² on a plot of approximately 69 ares, a stable and a barn that could be converted into garages, all surrounding a large inner courtyard of approximately 15 ares paved with period cobblestones and a lawn.
